Forecasters are keeping an eye on what will likely become Tropical Storm Isaias by tonight or tomorrow.
The 11AM update puts the storm almost 600 miles east/southeast of the Leeward Islands according to ABC Action News.
Paul Dellegatto from Fox 13 stressed in a tweet this morning that it’s very early in the game and this storm could go one of several ways but that it’s a good time to “top off” your hurricane supplies.
“This track will get your attention, but it’s early. Lots can happen. It’s not even a named storm. There are legit factors that should inhibit strengthening including shear and land interaction.”
The National Weather Service tweeted that by the time this gets to Florida, it may lose most of its strength.
