If you are having any issues with your Apple products, it’s going to be a bit of a challenge to find an Apple Store to help you out.
The Tampa Bay Times reports that the Brandon Westfield and International Plaza stores are temporarily closed due to the coronavirus. I had to run to International Plaza a few weeks ago and the line for the Apple Store was out the second-floor entry door to the mall! They were checking temperatures and a lot of people were wearing masks.
If your iPhone issue is urgent, you can always drive to Sarasota since the University Town location is still open. They have scaled back hours and you’ll need an appointment and a face-covering (they’ll provide one). Appointments are made online but you can call them at (941) 358-4600. They say they are also open for customers to pick up online orders.
