Little Big Town brought it on home with their Superstar Mini Concert! We heard from Karen, Kimberly, Jimi, and Phillip about their quarantine activities and the stories behind some of their newest songs.

While being home, Jimi has taken up many new activities he never thought he'd do, including cycling, ocean kayaking, and learning Spanish. "You feel like you're challenging yourself, feel like you're getting healthier. It's a good time, alone time, to think things through or lose yourself."

Phillip shared how writing Wine, Beer, Whiskey  came from needing a moment of light-heartedness and asking, what do you want to drink? "It was just one of those moments that was spontaneous and that's what I love the most about it."

Sugar Coat  is a song about a woman trapped inside a relationship and has to put on a good face. Karen says, "This song is that reckoning that comes when you've put down your own feelings for too long."

Kimberly tells us more about writing with "The Love Junkies" and the meaning behind a song they all wrote together. "Throw Your Love Away  is about just loving somebody so very hard and then that love ends, but you can't get rid of it. You can't get rid of it in your head; you can't get rid of it in your heart."
