Florida Suspends ALL Alcohol Consumption At Bars Due To Rising COVID-19 Cases

Bars who only sell alcohol have no other choice but to close their doors after this announcement.

Coronavirus cases are on the rise and just today there was over 8,900 new positive cases in the Sunshine State. That’s a lot. I thought 5,500 was a spike, today really proved how dangerous and contagious this virus can be in just a few short weeks. Florida officials are suspending consumption of alcohol at bars statewide, effective immediately.
