I’ve been wanting to open an indoor dog park in this area forever…it is so hard to get dogs exercise with this heat!
I am so excited about this! An indoor/outdoor dog park is opening in Tampa this weekend. Anyone who has a dog is probably experiencing the same thing that I am…it’s soooo hot and my dog doesn’t want to walk in this heat.
Air conditioning and cold beer…I’m in.
It’s called Two Shepherds and it’s located at 4813 N. Grady Ave in Tampa. Ross and Pat, the two creators, wanted to create a space where you could grab a beer and socialize without leaving your best friend at home. Dogs are able to run freely while owners enjoy a refreshing beer, wine, or soda.
Hobbes and Cooper, their two dogs are the inspiration behind Two Shepherds Taproom!
Two Shepherds offers day passes and monthly and annual memberships; there’s no charge for people who want to come to the bar, but dogs are charged admission (or must have a membership). The park is open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Wednesday; 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sundays.
