We’ve missed Kelsea Ballerini, so having her as our latest Superstar Mini Concert was so much fun! She told us about her new album and what her “quarantine anthem” is. She also performed Miss Me More, homecoming queen?, and Hole In The Bottle.
Kelsea hopes everyone is staying safe at home, but is very eager to get back on the road. Being at home for her has meant lots of music. “I know personally I’ve really been just appreciating music as a fan more than ever. It makes me feel connected and like we’re all in this together because we are.”
Kelsea describes Miss Me More as the “sass bomb” of her last album and is for the ladies.
Kelsea’s new album Kelsea was released back in March and was such a fun album for her to make. homecoming queen? was the first single, and is about “owning how you’re feeling and not being ashamed of having a bad day.”
Hole In The Bottle is Kelsea’s latest single and has taken on a whole new meaning. “Little did I know when I wrote it, it would be my quarantine anthem.”
