A Florida restaurant group with locations all over the state has permanently closed its Tampa location. Gator's Dockside, which is located at 5840 E Fowler Ave. near the University of South Florida, was closed “due to COVID-19 complications.” Only the Tampa location has closed, according to social media reports.

A coffee shop in St. Pete also has permanently closed. Brew D Licious, which is on the 600 block of Central Avenue, announced that they have closed.  "I hope that you will hold a special place in your heart for us. You will always live in ours,” a statement on their Facebook page said.
