Kids are bored and when they are bored...they eat. Which means more work for you while you're trying to get work done. Lots of my mom friends keep complaining is that all their kids are doing are eating and it's driving them crazy.
My friend from Minnesota sent me this last night and I thought, what a great idea.
Each child has their own colored basket. In the morning mom loads it with their snacks for the day....when those snacks are gone, they are gone. They don't get anymore.
It makes the kids stop and think before they run for more food and she even puts in their "cup for the day" so she's not washing 20 cups all day.
