Hand Sanitizer and Water Bottles are hard to find, if there are any left...

You might need to stock up on some essentials the next time you visit the supermarket, they are running out of a lot of items:

I went to the store last night to pick up some things and to my surprise, the shelves were cleared out. The store had a sign on the door telling everyone that they were out of wipes, hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes. What ever happened to Clorox spray and good, old fashioned soap and water?… Just a thought.
I also saw a low supply of ibuprofen and cases of water, this is starting to feel scary. Stay safe!
Public health officials are promoting preparedness, not panic for Coronavirus.

World Health Organization is warning everyone to get prepared just in case a pandemic happend, here is what you should get:

  • A two-week supply of water and non-perishable food
  • A 30-day supply of your prescriptions
  • Nonprescription drugs like pain relievers, stomach remedies, cough and cold medicines, fluids with electrolytes, and vitamins
  • Soap and hand sanitizer

ABC Action News reminds us: Health officials encourage people to wash your hands frequently with soap and water, cough or sneeze into your sleeve, avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth, clean commonly touched surfaces and to stay home if you’re sick. The CDC does not recommend that people who are well to wear a face mask to protect themselves from respiratory diseases including COVID-19.
