A Tampa mother is honoring her daughter after she passed away from breast cancer. Denise Haynes is looking to give the gift to a future bride of her daughter’s $8,000 wedding dress.  Denise’s daughter got to wear the dress on her wedding day, but it has been preserved since her wedding day.
