Two Mississippi men were arrested earlier this week for gluing winning numbers onto a losing lottery scratch-off ticket. The ticket they tried to hand in would've been for $100,000, but officials noticed that the ticket was fake. Trying to cash a counterfeit lottery ticket is a crime punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $50,000 fine.
