The individual, who wishes to remain anonymous, paid off customer's bills totalling close to $2,000.
This wasn't the first time this customer spread some holiday cheer - a couple of days before he paid for everyone eating alone at the restaurant.
According to the manager, the guest said paying off the checks was his way of wishing happy holidays to others in the restaurant.
