One of the largest commercial real estate firms in the Mid-Atlantic announced it will pay a $10 million bonus to all 198 of its employees....and it was all caught on video.

Holy cow!  Can you imagine?

I can't remember the last time I got a Christmas bonus....maybe 20 years ago? Maybe longer.

A company called St. John Properties, which is a real estate firm, is celebrating the company’s success.....so they decided to celebrate with their employees who made it all happen and each worker will be paid a bonus based on their years of service, with the average employee receiving $50,000.

$50 Grand???  whoa!

It was all caught on video.... Here is the statement from the company founder and chairman Edward St. John:

To celebrate the achievement of our goal, we wanted to reward our employees in a big way that would make a significant impact on their lives,  I am thankful for every one of our employees, for their hard work and dedication. I couldn’t think of a better way to show it.”

Uh.... Are they hiring?  These guys really take care of their employees.... they already get an annual year-end bonus and other benefits. The company also offers an on-site fitness facility, company-owned vehicles for eligible employees, physical therapy and wellness consultations as well as access to a financial advisor.

St. John Properties is the name of the company.  Wow!  I found the story on WFLA.com
