Abigail Gibson’s boyfriend bought flowers for her friend to cheer her up. One of Abigail’s closest friends recently dumped her boyfriend after she found out he’d cheated on her. Abigail’s boyfriend asked her before he did it, and Abigail says her friend was so happy to get the flowers that, quote, “it almost made her cry”, but the Internet didn’t see it that way.
Abigail tweeted about it and some of people weighed in on how they wouldn’t want their significant other buying flowers for someone else. One woman said, “Yeah my boyfriend will not be giving my best friend flowers.”
