A win for all of us dog lovers who love to cuddle with our pups!

One of the biggest things couples fight about is the dogs in the bed.  This study is saying. Having your dogs in the bedroom will give you a good nights sleep, whether they are in the bed or not.  I 100% agree with this...cuz it happened to me the other night.

Louie was zonked out on the couch and I went to bed and I kept waking up all night wondering if he was still out there.  I slept like crap because I just wanted him in the room with me.  He sometimes sleeps on the bed with me, and of course I let him... and also wash my sheets and shake off my bedspread every other day...ugh.

The study was done at The Mayo Clinic.  They said people who had their dogs sleep in their bedroom . . . either in their bed or on the ground . . . slept much better!

The researchers said:   "Most people assume having pets in the bedroom is a disruption.  We found that many people actually find comfort and a sense of security from sleeping with their pets."  "Today, many pet owners are away from their pets for much of the day, so they want to maximize their time with them when they are home."

And that's me.  I feel sooo guilty leaving Louie all day...so he gets to sleep with me.

You got one of these that sleeps with his feet in the air?
