The popular U.S. News & World Report just released it’s list of the best ranked schools and Florida has a bunch that moved up in rank this year!
If you just dropped money for your kids to attend The University of South Florida, then lucky for you…It is now ranked as one of the top 50 best public universities in the country by U.S. News and World Report.
The schools are based on criteria such as graduation rates, class sizes, faculty pay, admissions selectivity and per-student spending.
USF is now the fastest-rising university in the country for the last five years! So yeah parents…you’re money isn’t going to waste!
UF is the state’s top-rated school for the third consecutive year
FSU, also improved its position by 13 places from the previous year.
The University of Central Florida fell back one spot to 166th.
The University of Florida tied for 34th place with the University of California-Santa Barbara on the magazine’s rankings. The two schools rated seventh-highest among public institutions.
Princeton University was the best-rated school in the country for the ninth straight year in the rankings.
