When Denis Phillips from ABC Action News is happy, we’re happy. Although we’re not out of the woods, the readings overnight for Hurricane Dorian are good for those of us who live in Tampa Bay. The models overnight have pushed the storm to the east. These models have changed daily so Denis says not to get too overexcited by one set of readings because as it has all week, the path of the storm could keep changing because of pressure systems, speed, and other factors.
Euro comes in offshore again. Very close to GFS track. I suspect the NHC bumps the track more to the East at 5am. As we always say, never get too high or low with model runs. Still a LONG way to go, but you have to like the trends. Keep it here 24/7 for the latest. Rule #7 pic.twitter.com/wxNrXy58xR
