NASCAR hooked up the first responders responsible for helping Dale Earnhardt Jr. after plane crash.

Such a great gesture! The Carter County Sheriff’s Office said they got free tickets to the Briston Motor Speedway night race along with others with responded to the crash. At Elizabethton Municipal Airport on Thursday, August 15th in Tennesee Dale Earnhardt Jr. was landing in a private jet when the plane crashed into a fence and caught fire. Thankfully, everyone made it out okay and NASCAR wanted to thank the first responders on the scene.

Check out their post on Facebook:

We had a great time with our first responder family at the BMS night race! A big thank you to NASCAR for giving us and all the agencies that responded to Dale Jr.'s plane crash free tickets!
