A new study found that taking a bath 90 minutes before bed can help you fall asleep quicker. They estimate that you'll fall asleep about 10 minutes faster. Showers reportedly don't work as well.

According to the report, you should take the bath 90 minutes before going to bed and the water temp would need to be between 104 and 109 degrees. Seems like a lot of work to make sure the water is just right, but if you get more sleep it seems worth it!

Would you try this to get 10 extra minutes of sleep?
