The news just came out that he and Barbie Blank ended their relationship
Cole Swindell and professional wrestler Barbie Blank have called it quits. They first confirmed their relationship in April, attending the 2019 ACM Awards together.
No info has been given on why they split, and I doubt we will ever get that.
She’s super pretty. I was checking out her insta and its seems she has taken down the pics of her and Cole already.
