New Research Says You Can Drink 25 Cups Of Coffee A Day?
First… I don’t recommend this, nor have I don’t any research on this…I just find this stuff on the internet. New research was done by the British Heart Foundation and found that drinking 25 cups of coffee is ok for your heart. Hmmmmm….
They looked at cardio scans of over 8,000 people and found no increased stiffness in the arteries for people who drank a lot of coffee. The BHF claims this debunks previous findings saying coffee drinking could be bad for the heart.
Now….it’s not suggested you drink 25 cups a day but the study says your heart will be fine if you do.
I don’t agree with this at all. Thats WAY too much caffeine… what will they tell us next, go ahead and drink a case of red bulls….it’s fine too?
