After a TON of backlash, the University of South Florida has scrapped their new academic logo. The new logo, which was neon green and not the traditional green and gold, didn’t receive the positive reaction they were hoping for.
USF has decided to backtrack and remove the new logo from everywhere. According to Fox 13, hundreds of the logos on campus light poles and other areas will come down. They will be replaced with the athletic department’s “Bull U” logo. In total, the whole ordeal will have cost the university around $1 million.
