Pasco Driver Arrested For DUI After Falling Asleep and Hitting Florida Highway Patrol Car

It’s moments like this when we really wish Live PD was still filming in Pasco County. At about 5pm Saturday, Channel 8 reports calls came in to FHP about a driver unconscious at State Road 54 and Wesley Chapel Blvd. A trooper put his car in front of the 56 year old Stephen McCaslin’s car so it wouldn’t roll into traffic. Apparently that’s when Stephen came to and he tried to get on his way. Instead, he hit the patrol car. He was arrested for driving under the influence.
