It was a big news day for theme park lovers in Florida. Today Universal Orlando Resort revealed its plans to open Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure on June 13 at Islands of Adventure. It's a new rollercoaster with a Harry Potter theme. This replaces Dragon Challenge which closec in 2017 according to WESH.
Down I-4 over at Epcot, Disney announced it's changes coming to Epcot. There will be a new design for Epcot's main entrance. They say it'll "pay homage to the original park entrance." Spectrum News 13 reports there will be changes as well to the area between Spaceship Earth and World Showcase Promenade. There will also be a new interactive pavilion with games, activities and Disney characters that will be a part of Disney World's 50th anniversary events.
