Two officers from the Cape Coral Police Department went out of their way to brighten the day of a senior citizen, named Robert. His bicycle was stolen from a Winn-Dixie.
The 80-year-old victim said it was his only mode of transportation. Both officers took the report, but just couldn’t allow him to be without any way to get around. After taking the initial report, they went to Walmart and purchased a new one. Ac
