So many diets out there…so which one is the best?  Which one has the best results?

January is the month of dieting…we’ve all gained some lbs over the holiday…so it’s a good time to cut back and get into shape for swimsuit season….

So, with so many different diets out there….which diet is the best?  Well… US News teamed up with a panel of health experts to rank the best diets overall for 2019.

The one that came out on top this year was the Mediterranean Diet. It emphasizes vegetables, fruit, whole grains, olive oil, fish and limited meat consumption.  They also said it’s easy to follow, nutritious and effective for weight loss, preventing diabetes and heart disease.

My favorite part of this diet tho….they said Red wine is also allowed in moderation..Seems like every diet you read about…NO ALCOHOL allowed….blah.  I can’t cut out all the fun food AND alcohol..aint gonna happen.  I should be able to reward myself with a cocktail or glass of wine after I ate good all week right?
