The thing most haters want is attention, so Carrie Underwood gave this one an early Christmas present!

When QYK artists look at their social media feeds and alerts, they see it all. They see love. They see praise. They see thank you's. And they see trolls. The thing most haters want is attention, so Carrie Underwood, being the generous person she is, gave this one an early Christmas present!

If the tweet gets deleted before you read this (often happens when trolls get called out), here's what Sports Illustrated's Jessica Smetana wrote: "I love that NBC has been reading everyone's Collinsworth slide tweets because it means they've also been reading all the tweets about how much we hate the new Carrie Underwood song."

Carrie's reply: "Hey, I know my music isn’t for everyone, but I love what I do and I love being a part of @SNFonNBC ! ❤️ I am one lucky lady! I also love women who build other women up...just saying...????"

In Smetana's defense, she backtracked quickly, implying it was all a misunderstanding:
