Since she has been doing soooo well in pop music, I wasn't sure if Taylor Swift would return to her country roots.. but all signs are pointing to the fact that she will!

I was sooo happy to read this!   I love Taylor Swift...whether she is singing country or pop music.  I listen to her albums over and over.  She's probably the one artist I listen to the most while I'm cleaning or walking my dog.

Taylor's sound began crossing over from country to pop long before the release of 1989 we knew she was going to do big things in the pop format.

Taylor was presented with the Milestone Award at the 2015 ACM Awards and she thanked the country music community for its grace even though she made a pop album and wanted to go explore other genres.

She has always been grateful and unbelievably proud of what country music has taught her... and lately, she has been doing more and more for country.

She wrote "Better Man" for Little Big Town which went on to win a CMA for Song of the Year and then she made a surprise appearance at the CMA Awards in 2016.

Then recently she co-wrote Sugarland's news song "Babe" with Train's Pat Monahan and she even had the idea for the entire video.

"Babe" is nominated for Music Video of the Year at the CMAs in Nashville this Wednesday.  Taylor won't be there because she will be in between shows in New Zealand and Japan on her reputation world tour.

And let's not forget about the recent surprise show at Nashville's Bluebird Cafe. She performed acoustic versions of "Love Story" and "Shake It Off".

Let's just not say, her country career is done...because this girl is still very involved and I'm glad I wasn't the only one to see it.  Read more HERE
