It seems now that whenever there's a Tampa Bay Lightning home game (and there are 3 this week), you'll get a free order of chicken nuggets the next day (or Monday when it's a Saturday game) even if the Bolts lose. Originally, the promotion rewarded fans with a chicken sandwich or biscuit after a home game win.
My friend Rachel sent the photo above she took before the game Tuesday night. The sandwich/biscuit promotion is over and it'll be chicken nuggets for the rest of November judging by the tweet below the Lightning sent out last night.
If you haven't been getting the free offers:
- You must live in the general Tampa Bay area and the app needs to be set so it can see your location. Fans outside of the Tampa Bay area do not get this offer. So if you don't give the app permission to see your location, you won't get the offer.
- Claim the offer in time in the Chick-fil-A app. The scoreboard tonight said you need to claim the freebie in your app before midnight. Previously you had until the next morning to claim the reward in the Chick-fil-A app. It takes up to an hour for the reward to show up, but it does.
