69 year old Earle Stevens says the DUI charge against him is bogus because he didn’t drink while he was driving. He only drank at stop signs and stop lights. And according to the Fox 13 report, he didn’t even have a license. He just had a Florida ID card.
Deputies were dispatched to a McDonalds where he was bumping into the car in front of him in the drive thru. There was a bottle of Jim Beam and he indicated that he was feeling pretty good.
