With Avengers 4 on the horizon, it’s cool to find out that there is a future for ‘Doctor Strange.’

Kevin Feige went on record about the next phases of each character or character group – and CinemaBlend shares the following plans:

  • ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ – one more movie
  • ‘Doctor Strange’ – 2 movies
  • ‘Spider-Man’ – 2 movies
  • ‘Black Panther’ – 2 movies
  • ‘Ant-Man & The Wasp’ – one more movie
  • ‘Captain Marvel’ – 2 movies

Quoted in the report, Kevin Feige said the following:

“When you’ve got, what is it now, six, seven separate franchises? It’s part of the scheduling process. Sometimes when people ask, ‘What about this character, what about that character?’ I go, ‘Well, it’s scheduling.’ And they go, ‘What’s he talking about?’ Scheduling. How many years between movies can you have? You know, [Thor:] Ragnarok was four years. There’s four years between, right? He had an appearance in between there. So that seems to be maybe okay – sometimes, though, you want it to be less. Sometimes it can be more.”

We are excited to see what’s coming – but we wonder how much longer it will take to get there!
