It’s a bird…it’s a plane…it’s another superhero movie. 2017 brought audiences everywhere new adventures, battles, and villains. Let’s reminisce about the steller superhero films that were released this year.

1. Logan
She may have been silent for most of the movie, but this film allowed us to meet a fierce little girl named X-23. There was a lot of blood, tears and special moments that allowed Logan to be such a success.

2. Wonder Woman
Females rule and this movie definitely proved that to be true. Gal Gadot rocked it as the warrior Diana, Princess of the Amazons. We are excited for what the future holds for this character.

3. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
The gang reunites again for another journey in space. Peter Quill, Gamora, Drax, Rocket and Baby Groot meet Ego and, yes, there’s an after credit scene!

4. Spider-Man: Homecoming
Hilarious, yet sentimental! The legendary character made a comeback with Tom Holland as the lead. Audiences can catch the web-slinging hero again for Spider-Man: Homecoming 2 which will be released on July 5, 2019.

5. Thor: Ragnarok
It’s essentially like a road trip movie for Thor and the Hulk! We definitely suggest seeing this movie before Avengers: Infinity War comes out. The movie-viewing experience will certainly be very eye-opening.

6. Justice League
Warner Bros. brought together Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, the Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg in this battle film. According to the Los Angeles Times, this is third most expensive film ever made to date.
