MIAMI - MARCH 21: Chinese food including, fried chicken wings, fried wonton and fried dumplings sit on a table March 21, 2007 in Miami, Florida. Yikes… NOT a good week to do lunch with General Tso. This week’s list of restaurants flagged for health code violations seems to be saturated with Chinese food restaurants, including one that’s really well known as one of the best in Tampa.

Channel 8 lists Yummy House on Waters Avenue in Tampa with food temperature issues as well as selling fake grouper. I’m not sure who goes to Yummy House for grouper anyway. But I can vouch for Yummy House as being top notch Chinese food in a part of the country where it’s tough to find the good stuff!

Other Chinese restaurants that made the dreaded list include China City in Tampa, New China 1 on Highway 19 in New Port Richey, and China Gate on Anderson Road in Tampa.

I’m also sad to see one of my favorite junk food spots on the list… Dooners in St. Pete has one of my favorite dishes ever… the Dooner Box.

Dude. Awesome. My first of many "Doner Boxes." #stpete #genoatetampa
