They're not ready to be adopted yet, but over 100 dogs and cats have been rescued from the floods in Puerto Rico. They're here in Tampa Bay getting medical care and will be up for adoption in about 2 weeks. 85 dogs and 26 cats were shipped in cargo planes by volunteers.
