Booze On St. Pete Beach Will Be Legal
Booze on the beach? Yes! But there’s a catch. Actually there are several. City commissioners voted tonight to make changes to the ban, but it’s by no means a green light for everyone to drink up.
You have to be a hotel guest or with a hotel guest to have that drank on St. Pete Beach.
You also have to be wear a wristband and be within 10 feet of one of those beach cabanas.
