The ‘Five Second Rule’ Debunked?!

We’ve all done it. We have dropped a piece of food, snatched it up immediately, and claim it… “Five Second Rule!” But how safe is that really?
A British TV show, “How To Stay Well,” tested the theory about the Five Second Rule. They tested out the amount of bacteria that foods pick up when dropped on the ground between five and thirty seconds.
