Manatee County Bars Forbidden From Towing Cars Left Overnight

This seems like such a no-brainer, but now it’s law in Manatee County. If you’ve had a few too many, you don’t have to feel the pressure to drive home for fear your vehicle will be towed if you leave it in the lot at the bar.
Under a new law, you’ve got til noon the next day to pick it up. Bars can’t tow unless you’re illegally parked… like blocking an entrance, etc.
