This plan's getting some mixed reaction. "Nuisance dogs" are becoming a problem for some and the city may impose a fine of up to $500 or owners could even face jail time! But for the charge to stick, there are conditions... two neighbors must complain. And there are a few other variables too. The video explains.
I hope you’re right but I’m sure there will be owners who will give their dogs up rather than risk paying a large fine. People don’t understand that dogs need training so that can understand what is good behavior.
