Thomas Rhett's Big Night

Two wins – and they were big ones. Thomas Rhett took home trophies for both Song of the Year ("Die a Happy Man") and Male Vocalist at last night's 52nd Annual ACM Awards in Las Vegas.

He was clearly moved, and as much by wife Lauren as by the wins.

"Thank you to my beautiful wife – my beautiful pregnant wife Lauren – over there," he gushed while accepting the trophy for "Die a Happy Man." "The song's inspiration was because of you."

He was back a short time later to accept the win for Male Vocalist of the year, beating nominees including Chris Stapleton and Keith Urban. "I don't have a whole lot of words except for everyone in this category are my idols," he said, pausing a couple of times to take in the moment. "This is the most amazing award that I've ever received in my whole existence."
